What I liked that worked for me was first off watch what I eat as that’s one of if not the biggest aspect of fitness then when I sorted out my diet I would sign up for gym with that I made myself a personal cycle that I would follow everyday that I would go to the gym what is good as I knew what I was doing before I even went which I can send u my own personal cycle just give me a call
