There are two ways to connect your Microsoft email account: using the simple "Login with Microsoft" button or by manually entering your server credentials.
This is the easiest and most secure method. 1. When adding the email account, select Login with Microsoft/Outlook option. 2. Click the "Authorize Access with Microsoft" button in our app. 3. You will be directed to the official Microsoft sign-in page. 4. Enter your email and password, and approve the connection.
Your account will be connected automatically without needing to manually input server settings or passwords into our app.
Use this method if you prefer to enter your server credentials directly.

If you use Two-Step Verification: You may need to create an app password. Do this from your Microsoft Account Security dashboard under "App passwords". Use this new password in the app.
Ensure that IMAP is Enabled: In Outlook on the web, go to Settings
> Mail
> Sync email
and ensure the option to allow devices and apps to use IMAP is enabled.
Ensure that SMTP is enabled on your Microsoft/Outlook account.
