Eventbrite caused unnecessary headaches for us for yet another event we planned this week. So it's time for us to find a more usable alternative.
Ticket Tailor is an online ticketing platform with no per-ticket fees. Instead it's a monthly fee from just $25 (or £15) / month (and I'm the founder).
It's really easy to use, you can embed your box office in to your website, and it works with PayPal and/or Stripe for taking payments so you get paid directly.

Picatic has a cool program called Fairpay. Fairpay allows you to pay what you think their service is worth.
Picatic was recently named as one of the top 10 companies disrupting events! Give Jay and the team a visit at www.picatic.com
They are also a Canadian company based out of Vancouver!

Maybe giving us some more specifics would be a great start. Every SaaS solution has its own ups and downs. We even use multiple ticketing and registration services to overcome that fact.
My first question would be: What are your pain points with Eventbrite and what is the minimum feature set you need?

I've worked with Amiando for years with great experience. They are feature rich, global and the only one I'd say is comparable to Eventbrite. A new company I'm keeping my eye on is https://splashthat.com. They have a strong design focus and seem to be keeping it simple.

I have worked with a group in Charlotte, NC. The company name is EPIC and their number is (980) 233-3780. The web site is www.epicreg.com. They work nationwide and are outstanding! I have used them for years and will continue to work with them for my events.

I need a ticket sales tool. Something much simpler and more usable than eventbrite. Preferably one that integrates with stripe.com.

Splash and brown paper tickets are great alternatives to Eventbrite, but before recommending any of the aforemetioned services, it would be helpful to know what features you are looking for in an event ticketing service.
