hi it seems the only way for me to call is from skype. skype doesnt work well in china. so what if this call i do tomorrow is unsuccessful? also should i factor in the cost of the call into my call price? i thought you had local numbers.
I thought questions was for ... questions...sure I'll send an email when I have time.

How about Viber or WeChat, Numbuzz or Rebtel? VOIP systems go up-and-down in quality in China based on region. Skype works most of the time for us. So does Hangouts from Google. I keep a MagicJack with me when I travel as well. Vonage is my ultimate (but expensive) back-up.
BTW, (2) tips: Buy a USB Skype phone (easier to use) and email the dudes at Clarity Support (they've always been good to me). :-)
Good luck!
