Thank you for allowing me to help you get your best sleep! Most of my clients and clinical patients over the years have assumed they have “heard it all”. I am grateful for all those who have given me the chance to show them that perhaps they have not heard it all, or that what they have heard has been unhelpful.
My approach as a Sleep Coach starts with asking a series of questions. My client’s answers to these questions provide the roadmap I use to guide my client to better sleep. These initial questions only take about 5 min.
After that, I offer targeted information for my client to think about/consider, and specific behaviors to change. I leave each client with an around-the-clock behavioral sleep/wake plan that is clear, doable, and effective. Some clients like to schedule a short follow-up call later on to fine-tune their sleep plan. My clients are in complete control.
